How Do I Accept Vouchers?

  1.  Click “Mark Voucher Redeemed” here or under the Merchants tab in the main orange menu bar
  2. In the “Security Code” field, enter the code (with dash) found under “Reference” on the voucher
  3. In the “Redeemers Name” field, enter the name of the person who is at your store
  4. In the “Total Paid” field, enter the amount of that customer’s invoice after the discount.
  5. In the “Notes” field, enter the name/city of your location IE St. George
  6. Click “Submit” and an orange notice bar should appear that says “Serial Claimed”
  7. If the orange notice bar says “Error” than your security code was wrong. See step 2
